Loubser Water Resources Consult (LWRC) is a groundwater consulting firm based in Pretoria (Gauteng), with satellite offices in Kuruman (Northern Cape) and Jeffreys Bay (Eastern Cape). LWRC was established to provide specialist groundwater and related environmental services to a broad range of clients ranging from the private landowner to the mining, industrial and waste disposal industries.
